While you can make a booking at any time, please keep in mind that our schedule tends to fill up quickly. To secure your desired date, we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Pricing Details:

Overnight Hire:

We offer overnight hire for an extra fee of £40 per inflatable. The designated area must be secure and lockable. All items must remain inflated overnight to prevent damage from animals like foxes or badgers.

Setup and Packing Time:

Setting up bouncy castles takes 15-30 minutes, while packing up requires around 30 minutes. These times are approximate and may vary based on the chosen castle and venue access.

Surface Charges Explanation:

If you require the items to be set up on anything other than hard surface indoors or grass outdoors. Then an additional charge may be added to the booking. This is to cover additional equipment and set up costs. Cost will be added at the time of booking.

Included Services:

Your booking includes a blower, extension cable, and safety crash mat. The price covers castle setup, inflation, and collection.

Note that we cannot run cables across public paths or right of way areas.

Electricity Accessibility:

Should the nearest power source be beyond 40 meters, a petrol blower will be necessary, incurring an extra charge.

Petrol Blowers Details:

For distances exceeding 40 meters from an electricity outlet, a petrol blower is essential, with an additional fee applying.

Rental includes a full tank providing 2.5 to 4.5 hours of runtime.

We offer training on operation and refuelling, and extra fuel can be provided for a fee with prior notice.

Responsibility lies with a designated individual to monitor fuel levels, ensuring it never falls below a 1/4 tank.

If using a personal generator or blower, confirm it is compatible with the hired equipment as we do not accept liability for breakdowns post-setup if it is not our generator or blower.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your booking prior to the hire date, then you can use the money to book at another date within 12-months.

  • If you cancel on arrival, then full payment will be charged.

  • If we must cancel your booking for any legitimate reason, then full payment will be charged. This includes but is not exhausted to the garden/hall/venue not big enough/ not fit for purpose, space not as described, items not fitting, client double booking, client booking wrong date, client changing their mind, client forgetting to cancel.

Space Requirements:

Each castle requires a different amount of space. You can find the space requirements for the castle you're interested in on its respective castle booking page.

It is your responsibility to check that you have enough space and the correct surface to operate the equipment booked.

Unsuitable Venue:

If the venue/space isn't suitable upon delivery, setup will be declined, and full charges apply. This includes undisclosed restrictions like height limits, stairs, obstacles, access issues, parking restrictions, or excessive distance to the site.

Limited Garden Access:

For deliveries through homes or properties, our drivers take care, but any damage is the client's responsibility. Repair, replacement, and related costs are at the client's expense in such cases.

What preparations do I need to do ahead of your arrival?

  1. Ensure the designated area for the inflatable is clean and free from any hazards.
  2. Clear the access route to the garden, removing obstacles like bins, recycling boxes, cars, and bicycles.
  3. If garden access is through the house, make sure the route is free from toys, furniture, and any obstructions, allowing us ample space to manoeuvre.
  4. Please inform us in advance if accessing the garden or venue poses challenges, such as a narrow alleyway, doors, or stairs.

Care and Safety Guidelines for Inflatables, Games, and Soft Play

For detailed care and safety information regarding our inflatables, games, and soft play, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Risk assessments can be provided upon request for each item. Failure to comply with our terms and conditions may result in additional charges.

We expect all equipment to be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition as received. Any soiled or damaged equipment upon collection will incur an extra fee.

THERE IS NO FOOD, DRINKS, FACE PAINTS, WATER, CONFETTI, OR ANY LIQUIDS ALLOWED (including water) ON ANY OF OUR INFLATABLES. Failure to adhere to this will result in a cleaning charge.

Contingency Plan for Rain

We strive to honour your booking even in rainy conditions. However, if we foresee safety risks or potential equipment damage due to rain, we may have to cancel your reservation.

If cancel your booking within 24 hours of the hire date, the holding deposit will be held and is usable within a 12-month period.

If you cancel on arrival, then full payment will be charged.

We cannot be held responsible for adverse weather during your hire and no reduction in our charges will be offered.

Wind Safety Protocol

Inflatables cannot be operated in wind speeds exceeding 23mph. Should high winds occur during the hire period, the inflatable must be unplugged until wind speeds decrease to ensure compliance with safety standards and minimize accident risks. In extreme cases of wind, a full refund or alternative date will be provided upon cancellation.

Insurance Coverage

Rest assured; we are covered by £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Copies of our insurance policies, method statements, risk assessments, disclaimers, and safety documents are available upon request.

Permission for Venue Usage

Prior to placing an order, ensure you have obtained permission from landowners, venues, or councils. Copies of permissions must be submitted when requested or booked. Setting up on public or communal land without proper authorization is not permitted.

Order Modifications and Date Changes

Items can be changed within 24 hours of booking if available. Date changes can be made up to 48 hours before the booking date.

Supervision Requirements

All equipment must be supervised by a responsible adult over 18 years old. Larger events may require additional supervision. Event staff can be provided at an extra cost upon request, subject to availability. Manning staff are responsible for equipment operation and safety supervision, not for childcare or venue security. Clients must ensure adequate security measures and line attendants are in place during the event, with fencing arranged for public locations.
