TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before Making a Booking
Before reserving your inflatable and equipment, kindly ensure the following:
1. Verify that the chosen inflatables and equipment are suitable for the venue. Our castles come with specified space requirements. Please see individual castle page for full details.
2. Confirm that there are no access constraints to the venue, including narrow doorways (refer to the castle's space requirements), garden access, stairs, parking limitations, and road restrictions.
3. It is your responsibility to check that you have the correct surface to operate the equipment booked. Please see individual castle page for full details.
4. Ensure that the venue has a 240-volt mains power supply within 40 meters of the castle. In case this is not available, you may need to hire one of our generators.
Please note we cannot run leads across public paths or public right of way persons/vehicles.
Before booking, please call us on 07935 226 427 to make sure the castle is appropriate for your venue.
Please be aware that if, upon delivery, it is determined that the space and venue are unsuitable for the inflatable and equipment, we may regrettably have to cancel the delivery, and you will be liable for the full cost.

Prior to Our Arrival
Before delivery, kindly complete the following preparations:
1. Ensure the designated area for the inflatable is free from any hazards such as dog waste, toys, sharp objects, bricks, stones, garden debris, clotheslines, and the like. Please be aware that we cannot leave our inflatables in gardens with animal droppings due to safety concerns for both us and the children.
2. If you have pets, especially dogs, ensure that the garden is entirely clean before our arrival.
3. Clear the access route to the garden, space, or venue by removing obstacles like bins, recycling boxes, cars, and bicycles.
4. If garden access is through the house, make sure the route is free from toys, furniture, and any obstructions, allowing us ample space to manoeuvre.
5. Please inform us in advance if accessing the garden, space, or venue poses challenges, such as a narrow alleyway or stairs.
Please be aware that if, upon delivery, it is determined that the space and venue are unsuitable for the inflatable and equipment, or our staff are unable to safely access the garden and/or venue we may regrettably have to cancel the delivery, and you will be liable for the full cost.

Care of the Inflatable and Safety Guidelines
It is the hirer's responsibility to take every necessary measure to prevent injuries and damage to the inflatable. Please adhere to the following instructions:
1. No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed on or near the inflatable.
2. Keep children with face paint, silly string, streamers, or party poppers away from the inflatable to avoid staining.
3. The inflatable has a specified age limit; ensure no one exceeding this limit uses it, as it may cause damage and invalidate our insurance.
4. Always supervise children, a responsible adult must be always present.
5. Prohibit climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls of the inflatable.
6. Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded, adjusting the number of users based on the age and size of the children. (Please read suitability section of hired inflatable for full details).
7. Large and small children should not use the inflatable simultaneously.
8. Ensure children do not engage in rough play that may cause harm to others.
9. Do not allow bouncing on the front safety step; it's designed for entry and exit only.
10. No smoking or barbecues should be near the inflatable.
11. Remove shoes, glasses, jewellery, and badges before using the inflatable.
12. Do not permit anyone on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
13. Keep pets, toys, and sharp objects away from the inflatable.
14. Individuals with a history of back or neck problems or those feeling unwell should not use the inflatable.
15. Discourage somersaults on the inflatable.
16. Ensure users are dressed appropriately and have empty pockets.
17. Avoid play around the entrance or exit of the inflatable.
18. Children using a bouncy castle should not be taller than the side walls.
19. The inflatable should not be used if it becomes wet, and in the event of rain, it should be dried off with a towel before use resumes.
20. Prohibit water pistols or hosepipes near the inflatable.
21. Always keep the vent on the side of the blower clear.
22. The inflatable will be secured with metal stakes, rope, and sandbags; inspect it during use to ensure it remains secure.
23. In case of high winds, immediately cease use of the inflatable and turn off the blower.
24. If the fan stops or the inflatable deflates, ensure all users exit immediately. Check plugs, fuses, and the fan tube for obstructions. If issues persist, contact us.
25. Keep children away from the fan and its power source.
We expect all inflatables and equipment supplied to be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition as when delivered. Any dirty or damaged equipment upon collection will result in an additional charge.

Prohibited Items on Inflatables
No food, drinks, face paints, water, confetti, or any liquids are allowed on our inflatables.
Failure to adhere to this will result in an additional cleaning charge.

Damage to the Equipment
We expect all inflatables and equipment supplied to be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition as when delivered. Any dirty or damaged equipment upon collection will result in an additional charge.

Cancellations
If you cancel your booking prior to the hire date, then you can use the money to book at another date within 12-months.
If you cancel on arrival, then full payment will be charged.
If we must cancel your booking for any legitimate reason, then full payment will be charged. This includes but is not exhausted to the garden/hall/venue not big enough/ not fit for purpose, space not as described, items not fitting, client double booking, client booking wrong date, client changing their mind, client forgetting to cancel.

Disclaimer
Please be aware that all users of our inflatables do so at their own risk. The person or organization renting the equipment is responsible for any damage or injuries resulting from misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are in place for the safety of all users, and it's the hirer's sole responsibility to ensure they are followed. Our company cannot accept liability for any injuries caused during the use of our equipment.
